Aloha Shirt (Vintage Mix)
We have a size 5 ready to ship
This is a vintage/deadstock 100% silk fabric that was made for kimono use. There are two different fabrics used but the feel and weight are almost identical. Both of these fabrics were made in the early Showa period in Japan (likely 1930’s / 1940’s). They feel is very sleek and the shirt is very light.
We only had a small amount of both of the fabrics so we mixed them together to make one shirt.
The buttons are Japanese made out of sea shells. The button holes are all hand stitched with silk thread.
- 100% silk Japanese fabric
- Japanese shell buttons
- Hand stitched button holes
- Hand painted sumi tag
