商品を購入する場合、お客様は次のことに同意するものとします。(i) 購入を約束する前に、商品リスト全体を読む責任があります。(ii) 商品の購入を約束する際に、商品を購入するための法的拘束力のある契約を締結します。そしてチェックアウトの支払いプロセスを完了します。

We do not charge any additional fees

Exchanges & Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom order (see below for exceptions). Please measure carefully and email with any questions and concerns before you buy. We are not responsible for custom items that are not the correct size.

The following are eligible for exchange:

- Initial failure of metal parts

- Significant scratches or stains (we only use A grade leather hides)

- If you received a product that is different from what you ordered

- Damage or defects due to shipping accidents

Please notify us by email within 7 days after the product arrives. We will cover the shipping cost for our mistakes.

*All products can be repaired. Please contact us as the price will change depending on the condition and repair location.

Amounts are listed on each product page. The delivery times can vary depending on the item ordered. Please ask about current lead times if you have any concerns. It typically can take 2-8 weeks depending on the item. Reasons for longer wait times include material availability and types of natural dyes requested. Once again, please email with any questions.
