This is a vintage/deadstock 100% silk fabric that was made for kimono use. It is a deadstock fabric that was made in the 1980’s. 
 
The color could be described as Rust. 
 
The buttons are Japanese made out of sea shells. The button holes are all hand stitched with silk thread.
